Scaling

To determine the exact scale needed for your screen:

  1. Measure the distance between the bottom edge of the LAP counter (there is a visible line in the graphics) and the bottom end of the screen (or if you have a 4:3 or 16:10 aspect ratio, where the bottom of the image ends)
  2. Calculate the scale based on the following formula (in centimeters):
  3. SCALE = (X / 26) * 100

    Where X is the distance you measured in centimeters,

    OR

    SCALE = (X / 10.236) * 100

    Where X is the distance you measured in inches.
  4. This is the percentage you need to set your print scale to.

Result

Cut out the visible part of the print. I suggest you use a stronger paper or glue another sheet (preferably dark) of paper under the print, so you minimize the TV backlight bleeding through.

In this image you can clearly see the masterclass that is the driving of Sergio Perez.
